- I worked at that TeleTech for 2 and a half years....they fired me because randomly my voice tone was bad...I used the same voice I had for years and passed my interview with that tone...this company treats you like a number everyone truly hates working there....

- Teletech is not concerned with individuals. It is a working environment with low-wages, no job-security, and you cannot count on a set schedule as the teams and work-schedules are in constant flux. Don't waste your time working for a company that won't really care about you.

- I can assure you that these people are lying. I've worked a lot of 'em before I quit. They don't mention about how on either side of you on the phones, people will break down because they don't know what to do, the support you receive is minimal and is damn near based solely on word-of-mouth by other equally disgruntled employees. Honest to God? It's bad when you can go to the mall and find people at fast food places saying, "Yeah, I've heard horror stories about Teletech, man... I'm sorry."
