This video is a joke. I dont know how much these people were paid to make these assinine comments, but they are all lies. This company could not care less how you make it day to day. Bill Woods will tell you how they will work with you to get you time off if you need it, but he wont. He and Ed Williams (training guy) spend most of their time playing pinball. Good luck getting them to help you with anything. Please, I beg you, do not let your children work here. They will hate it.
Just one last thing I would like to warn everyobne about. Do NOT plan on getting a job here if you own a home, have health problems, are paying for treatment for a family memeber(I was paying for cancer treatment for my son and he died because i lost my medical benefits and couldn't even get unemployment when they fired me). This is NOT a job where you habe a future or a steady income. I do appologie to anyone this may offent but this is they way this company really is ran.
(Teletech exposed continued)- 4) If a customer calls back after talking to you, you get blamed and can be writted up if it happens too many times), 5) They do NOT care about their customers. All they and charter care about is getting money from the, 6) If you go into the hospital, they will terminate you(This is also illegal). 7) If you have a facebook acct and say something about charter or teletech, they terminate you.
(Teletech exposed) Here's how teletech really is. You must meat certain metrics. Even if you meet most of your metrics but fail to meet one more than once, they write you up. 2) They write you up if you have to use the bathroom for using an E-break(This is illegal, I checked), 3) It's impossible to keep your metrics stable. For example if your handle time is good(440 sec or below), usually it makes your fcr bad bc you're rushing customers off of the phone.
I'm sure these people are saying those things because it's part of their job but these people are lying. I worked at this company for a little over eight years and they terminated me saying it was "Performance" issues. They refused my unemployment and I ended up living at the salvation army b/c I didn't find anyother job in time. All thanks to Amy Bailey. if you're reading this Amy, I hope one day you see what it's like to lose your job and end up with no place to live b/c you have no money.
