I was recently speaking with one of the TeleTech associates that help to service Live Help on TeleTechJobs.com and I asked simply, "What is the most common question you are asked?" Bar none, the answer was simply, "How do I apply online with TeleTech?" (or variations of that). Please feel free to reach out to our Help Desk at anytime with your specific questions, but for you self-help artists... here's a quick review...
And please, provide us feedback. While an online application is necessary, we do consider all of these comments and work toward continuous improvement.
There are a variety ways to apply at TeleTech. You may apply in-person at the majority of our service delivery centers or apply online today!
Here are the steps to locate and apply to the job that you are searching for.
From any page on www.TeleTechjobs.com, you can enter a keyword, location or job title in the search box in the top left hand side of the page. Then click the arrow to start your search.
You will then be routed to the advanced job search results. Here you can either select a job based on your initial search results or narrow your search results by adding additional parameters.
Select the job you are interested in. This will bring you to a job description. We encourage you to read the job description in its entirety. When you are ready, click 'Apply Now! or continue application’.'
'Apply Now! or continue application' will route you to our online application system. The online application process usually takes 10-20 minutes to complete.
You will need an email address to create your profile with a unique username and password. If you don't have an email address, we encourage you to register for a free one through many of the service providers available such as Google, Yahoo, or MSN. You will also be asked to read and accept the terms outlined within a privacy agreement. Once your profile is created, you may save your profile and come back to it later or use it for future applications at TeleTech.
For the online application you may need:
Your current contact information including phone numbers, address, and email address.
For many positions, you will be asked to complete a number of qualification or prescreen questions. You may also be asked to answer questions specific to your country or location.
You will be asked to create a unique identifier as an eSignature. This can be a combination of your national identifier, date of birth or any other number unique to you. You may also be asked to consent to a background check. Please note that a background check will not be conducted until later in the selection and assessment process.
When complete, check your email regularly. For many of our service delivery centers if you meet the minimum qualifications of the position, you may receive an email asking you to self-schedule yourself for an interview.
