I was recently speaking with one of the TeleTech associates that help to service Live Help on TeleTechJobs.com and I asked simply, "What is the most common question you are asked?" Bar none, the answer was simply, "How do I apply online with TeleTech?" (or variations of that). Please feel free to reach out to our Help Desk at anytime with your specific questions, but for you self-help artists... here's a quick review...
And please, provide us feedback. While an online application is necessary, we do consider all of these comments and work toward continuous improvement.
There are a variety ways to apply at TeleTech. You may apply in-person at the majority of our service delivery centers or apply online today!
Here are the steps to locate and apply to the job that you are searching for.
Step 1
From any page on www.TeleTechjobs.com, you can enter a keyword, location or job title in the search box in the top left hand side of the page. Then click the arrow to start your search.

Step 2
You will then be routed to the advanced job search results. Here you can either select a job based on your initial search results or narrow your search results by adding additional parameters.
Step 3
Select the job you are interested in. This will bring you to a job description. We encourage you to read the job description in its entirety. When you are ready, click 'Apply Now! or continue application’.'

Step 4
'Apply Now! or continue application' will route you to our online application system. The online application process usually takes 10-20 minutes to complete.
You will need an email address to create your profile with a unique username and password. If you don't have an email address, we encourage you to register for a free one through many of the service providers available such as Google, Yahoo, or MSN. You will also be asked to read and accept the terms outlined within a privacy agreement. Once your profile is created, you may save your profile and come back to it later or use it for future applications at TeleTech.
For the online application you may need:
Your current contact information including phone numbers, address, and email address.
For many positions, you will be asked to complete a number of qualification or prescreen questions. You may also be asked to answer questions specific to your country or location.
You will be asked to create a unique identifier as an eSignature. This can be a combination of your national identifier, date of birth or any other number unique to you. You may also be asked to consent to a background check. Please note that a background check will not be conducted until later in the selection and assessment process.
Step 5
When complete, check your email regularly. For many of our service delivery centers if you meet the minimum qualifications of the position, you may receive an email asking you to self-schedule yourself for an interview.

I received a message today saying I need to complete my assessment tests for my application and they just sent me a link but i can not find the link they never sent it. How will I be able to take the assessment tests?

Because we are a global organization, I do not have access to your personal files here... you are better served by reaching out to our Live Help... See the link on the right side of the website or going to http://www.teletechjobs.com/contact-us-2/. They can immediately look up your status, etc.

I received my second email to schedule an appointment. I have talked to several people and received one phone call that you are upgrading and I would not be disqualified because of this issue. I received an email yesterday that I had not yet scheduled my appointment and need to do so. But I still cannot connect successfully to your site.

I recently contacted you guys asking where my email for my drug test was and that I haven't received it yet. I was then told that I would first get an email about my I-9 to fill out and then I'd get that email, and that the process of receiving my i9 would be 24-48 hours. Well its been well over that, and my training class start date is October 15th. What is the hold up. The email hasn't come to me nor is it in my spam box. Who can I call to get the ball rolling here. I accepted the position and I'm doing all I can to join the team and get ready for my start date but I am not getting the help. PLEASE help me.

On Friday, September 31, 2012 I received an e-mail informing me that I would be invited to attend an offer call within the next several days via email. I contacted TeleTech@Home via e-mail to clarify a separate issue and I was again told that an e-mail was sent to me containing a link to schedule an Offer Call. I never received said e-mail and I do not want my failure to schedule an offer call in a timely manner to be seen as disinterest. I simply have yet to receive the Offer Call e-mail. Any assistance you can give in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in Advance.

I have been trying to schedule an offer call since Saturday 9/29/2012. I keep getting an error message. i have went to live help. all i keep getting is a autoreply email. Is there some other way to contact teletech. I am in Georgia
