I’m guilty of being an internet junkie. I belong to a generation driven by information readily available on the world wide web and anything is easily accessible as long there’s a stable internet connection. I have read more articles, researches, and headlines online more than I have ever done on print media and if you are reading this blog, you have to agree with me that the internet is a big part of mankind today. We use it to get the latest news, exchange ideas, reconnect with people, find a job and the list goes on. Job hunting can be an arduous task. With the right tools you can conquer it. One of the best tactics to employe is networking for job search. Remember, employers love to hire referrals. Ask any employer and they will say that referrals are their best resource. Why is that? Its because there is an implication that the person that works for their company already is someone that they'd like to emulate. Networking increased your chances of being that next referral. Networking involves widening your contacts to increase the chances of finding the right job. Extend your contact and connect to the right people and you may you land your dream job bringing your current job search to a successful conclusion.

If you were to ask a group of random employers what is their best source of 'great employees,' the largest percentage of them would say referrals. Referrals are typically those hires that are sent to them through current or former employees of the company, friends of employees or through community organizations. This is the same at TeleTech. The largest percentage of TeleTech new hires come from the group of people that have been referred into work at TeleTech, especially by current employees, than from any other single resource.
