For the past few days, I have read a lot of articles saying that money is not the most important thing in this world. We need money to buy things that can help us survive each day but it is incomparable with what some intangible things can bring to the table. Love, belongingness, and appreciation are only a few things that people also desire which for me personally are just as important as money is.

It is the rare individual that has the discernment on what they want to become as early as their childhood stage. And these people are fortunate enough to recognize the career they want and the job from which they are passionatevery early on. The majority of us, however, are unaware of the path that we are destined to take. As a result, there are some that end up doing something which doesn’t really make them happy.

“I’m so stressed!” - A phrase I usually hear from my co workers whenever they experience circumstances which lead them to the feeling of being stressed out. It is a very common situation for most of the employees across the globe causing a lot of difficultiess to people within the workplace. According to the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, stress has various negative effects to individuals. They initiated a study and came up with a definition of stress in the work area and I quote:
