We all need energy to fuel us in a day’s work. For some of us, our daily allotment of energy may be consumed even before lunch. This alters our focus and lowers our potential productivity. My how time flies. We're already half way through January, yet I know some of my coworkers are still struggling to get over their holiday mood. Now it's time to get back to work full force. You can say that I got bored with the lunch menu or maybe I'm just trying to live healthier and away from fast food (extra serving of grease and salt, anyone?).
