This enables not only rapid launch of new programs in our traditional business process delivery centers, but enables our @Home professionals to leverage our clients' network and tools in a highly secure and expandable environment.

All You Need to Succeed

Associates provide the broadband internet connection, PSTN (Public Service Telephone Network) hardwired, traditional phone line and a personal computer.

TeleTech supplies what you need to securely connect to TeleTech's GigaPOP™ and our proprietary work station, WorkBooth™, without having to provide the software. You then sign on and will have a continuous voice connection and all of your necessary applications right at your fingertips.

With our WorkBooth™ associates can create their own background using a favorite photo, set their own preferences, and showcase their personal style. Associates will be connected to their supervisor, our quality assurance teams and our clients - who are all focused on making you successful.

Then when associates disconnect, their computer is theirs again, as nothing is downloaded or saved onto their machine and can go about their life only to return again on their next shift.
